Site Supervisor (Civil)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor forGood Hand Stones And Concrete Flooring L.L.C with a strong background in concrete flooring systems, including Micro Topping, Exposed Aggregate, Stamped Concrete, and general civil construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, supervising labor and subcontractor activities, enforcing strict safety standards, and ensuring top-tier quality is consistently maintained throughout all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all concrete and civil site works, including preparation, pouring, finishing, curing, and quality inspections.
• Conduct daily site inspections to enforce safety standards and eliminate hazards.
• Assign tasks to laborers and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and productivity.
• Ensure all laborers and workers are performing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Deploy manpower effectively across the site based on daily work plans.
• Assign and distribute tasks to workers in accordance with project priorities and timelines.
• Maintain daily records of attendance, manpower allocation, site logs, and material deliveries.
• Verify drawings and layout accuracy; ensure proper execution per specifications.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections on flooring surfaces, stonework, jointing, surface levels, and finishes.
• Prepare BOQs and assist with costing and project estimation.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and report daily progress to management.
• Communicate with engineers, suppliers, and project managers regarding technical requirements.
• Recommend process improvements for greater site efficiency and safety.
  
  

Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising concrete flooring and civil works in the UAE.
• Strong project management skills – highly preferred.
• Knowledge of various flooring systems: stamped concrete, polished concrete, epoxy, stone paving, Micro Topping, Exposed Aggregate, Stamped Concrete etc.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and surface preparation techniques.
• Ability to interpret structural and layout drawings accurately.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE safety standards and construction codes.
