As the Skills Development Partner – Business Career Development Skills, your role will be to provide strategic support to the business through the development and delivery of future-focused business and career development learning solutions, aligned to Emirates Group values and the employee experience.

In This Role, You Will

  • Support Strategic Business Partners and stakeholders in the creation and implementation of solutions to address critical and strategic business needs.
  • Facilitate dynamic experiences through both digital and traditional delivery of learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Experience Production team to integrate digital elements into new and revised solutions.
  • Deliver learning experiences that meet Emirates Group standards, as outlined by the Learning Experience Standards.
  • Engage in ongoing opportunities to strengthen facilitation skills.
  • Curate dynamic, digitally focused strategic learning paths.
  • Create and promote social learning solutions, and advocate for a learning culture within the Group.
  • Apply High Impact Evaluation guidelines by consistently mapping impact and measurement tools to all solutions.
  • Continually seek opportunities to enhance business acumen.
  • Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in a related field such as Human Resources, Education, or Learning & Development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within a training or people development function.
