Skywards Commercial Officer - 6-month Temporary Contract

Job Purpose

As a Skywards Commercial Officer, you will support the Skywards Commercial Manager (Network) in delivering key reference materials, facilitating periodic data requests from outstation stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of key projects.

In This Role, You Will

• Create and update Market Annual Action Plans by collaborating with team members to define objectives for each market, liaising with internal teams to gather updates on programmes and products scheduled for the financial year, developing a suitable template for the plan, and ensuring the template is accurately updated for each market.
• Create and update Earn and Spend Reference Guides by collaborating with team members to identify suitable examples of Skywards Miles earned and required for redemptions with Emirates, flydubai, and Skywards partners, factoring in currency values and country-specific details, and ensuring the guides are accurately updated for each market.
• Work on creating Regional Spotlights each quarter, ensuring data accuracy by cross-referencing with the Network Spotlight and relevant dashboards, and compiling a message for the Manager of Skywards Commercial Network Engagement for appropriate broadcast of the Regional Spotlight.
• Ensure the timely fulfilment of market data requests by monitoring and discussing them with team members, and fulfilling requests in compliance with Data Protection Officer regulations.
• Manage Skywards Conference activities by coordinating the list of attendees and invites, organising accommodations, liaising with the venue for set up, and formalising the agenda and arrangements.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Experience in loyalty program, analytics or finance field is preferred.
• 1+ years experience in airline management and/or Relationship Management/Account.
• 12 years of schooling or a Degree in a relevant

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint including the ability to use advanced formulas and functions.
• Experience working with large data sets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data handling and analysis.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and results.
• The ability to assimilate, interpret and communicate information quickly and effectively.
