About The Role
Primary Duties:
- Processing of Aviation SMS reports, assessment of mitigation actions and closing actions
- Perform on-site audits/inspections
- Implement documentation reviews and revisions
- Assist in preparation of meetings, Power Point, meeting minutes
- Establish good working relationship with DCAF staff
- Promote QMS & SMS throughout the company
- Any other tasks as determined by the SMS Manager / QMS Manager
- High School Certificate
- Valid unrestricted UAE driver’s license
- Previous experience within SMS
- Good knowledge of SMS
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PP, Excel)
- Previous experience working with IQSMS
- Basic knowledge of WebManuals
- Detail oriented methodical approach to problem solving/performing tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
