Job Overview: We're seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will support senior team members in managing social media accounts for various clients, with a focus on content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to adapt to our tech-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies for clients
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Schedule and publish content using our proprietary platform and other social media management tools
• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to build community
• Track and analyze social media metrics to inform strategy adjustments
• Collaborate with the production team to align social media content with shoots and campaigns
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates, particularly in the MENA region
• Support senior team members in client communications and reporting

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with social media management tools and content creation software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Keen interest in technology and willingness to learn new tools and platforms
