Through our flagship project, WeMasterTrade, we provide funded trader programs, education, and advanced digital trading tools. We are currently hiring for our Dubai office to expand our creative and social media team.

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and visionary Social Media & Creative Lead to drive the creative direction of our Dubai office. The role involves overseeing all content creation, including photography, videography, and video editing, while ensuring that social media and marketing visuals reflect the brand’s identity and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage creative content production across all platforms
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos, including reels, highlight videos, and promotional content
• Develop and implement creative strategies for social media campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align content with business goals
• Oversee content schedules to ensure consistent posting and engagement
• Mentor and guide junior content creators and designers
• Stay updated on trends in digital content, social media, and visual storytelling

Requirements

• Proven experience in creative leadership, content creation, or multimedia management
• Strong expertise in photography, videography, and video editing
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Final Cut, or similar
• In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Strong creative vision, storytelling ability, and attention to detail
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
