Job Overview: We're seeking a visionary Social Media Director to lead our social media management services for top brands across MENA and globally. The ideal candidate will leverage our unique tech-driven approach to create innovative strategies, oversee client accounts, and expand our business in the competitive social media landscape. This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and managing a growing team of social media professionals while overseeing high-profile client accounts and driving business expansion. The successful candidate will balance hands-on leadership with strategic vision, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cutting-edge social media strategies for high-profile clients, integrating Flashy's tech platform and production services
• Lead a team of social media managers, ensuring excellence in client service and content creation
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, particularly those relevant to the MENA region
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and potential partners
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve client campaigns
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to grow Flashy's client base and enhance our platform offerings
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all client accounts
• Contribute to pitches and proposals for new business opportunities
• Work closely with our production team to align social media strategies with content creation capabilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on managing multiple high-profile brand accounts
• Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns for diverse clients
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, ROI measurement, and reporting
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices, particularly in the MENA region
• Familiarity with social media management tools and content creation software
• Experience with or strong interest in tech-driven content production and management solutions
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
• Fluency in English; Arabic and other languages are a significant plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
