With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Media Executive to join One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our clients where you will be responsible for executing social media strategies, creating captivating content, and managing our F&B outlets' social media presence.

Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Social Media Manager in developing and implementing social media strategies for up to 5 F&B outlets, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.
• Write and schedule engaging and on-brand social media captions across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and more.
• Collaborate with in-house graphic designer to produce visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the online community to foster positive interactions.
• Support the coordination and execution of social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Conduct basic competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our social media practices.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to the Social Media Manager for continuous optimization.
• Assist with the organization of photoshoots and content creation events, ensuring all assets align with the brand’s standards.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains innovative and effective.
  
  

Requirements

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Previous experience in social media, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
• Knowledge of Dubai's F&B scene is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing skills is an advantage.
