Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, you will be at the forefront of our brand's digital presence. You will take charge of creating and implementing social media strategies that align with our brand objectives. Your keen understanding of digital marketing trends combined with your ability to craft engaging content will drive audience engagement and brand loyalty. You'll monitor, respond to, and communicate with our digital community on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. Your role will also involve collaborating with various departments to ensure a coherent customer message and staying updated with emerging trends to innovate our social media practices. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on brand visibility and engage with a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms.
• Monitor, listen, and engage with users while maintaining the company's voice and reputation.
• Analyze key metrics and adapt strategies to improve engagement and audience growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align on messaging and campaigns.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, targeting audiences and optimizing performance.
• Stay current with new social media techniques and trends in the industry.
• Compile weekly/monthly reports showcasing performance metrics and growth opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries made through social media channels.
• Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to inform content strategy.
• Work closely with design team to ensure brand consistency across visuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with audiences.
• Strong analytics skills and the ability to interpret social media data effectively.
• Proficient in content creation software like Adobe Creative Suite highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
