Your Day to Day:

As a Social Media & Graphic Design Executive, you will be responsible for managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and designing compelling visuals that reflect our brand identity. Will have a strong eye for design, a passion for social media trends, and the ability to turn creative ideas into impactful campaigns.

Some of your main role responsibilities are:

  • Manage and update all hotel social media platforms with engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Develop content calendars and execute social media campaigns to promote rooms, F&B, spa, recreation, and events.
  • Design creative marketing materials such as menus, flyers, banners, event collaterals, and digital ads.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of hotel facilities, events, and guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with F&B, Spa, Recreation, and Events teams to design and promote offers, activations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support Sales with visually appealing presentations, proposals, and corporate collaterals.
  • Design digital content for websites, newsletters, in-room TV, and guest communications.
  • Monitor guest interactions, reviews, and messages on social media, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media and campaign performance, recommending improvements.
  • Ensure all creative assets reflect the hotel’s brand identity and positioning.
  • Assist in influencer collaborations, PR campaigns, and media coverage to drive brand awareness.
  • Support internal communications with creative designs for staff events, newsletters, and recognition programs.

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and graphic design, preferably in hospitality.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software/tools.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content creation strategies.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events when required.
