As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing the company’s social media strategy. Your primary goals will be to boost brand awareness, enhance marketing initiatives, and expand business opportunities while maintaining a cohesive brand image across all social media channels. This will require collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
• Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences to inform our approach.
• Establish specific objectives and report on ROI, measuring the success and insights of all social media campaigns.
• Define key social media KPIs each quarter and monitor them regularly.
• Track SEO, web traffic metrics, and user engagement, suggesting content optimization as needed.
• Hire and train team members to grow our social media capabilities.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (including original text, photos, videos, and news).
• Work closely with other team members to ensure brand consistency across all content.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create informative and appealing content, and oversee the design of social media accounts (grids, banners, logos).
• Suggest and implement new features to enhance engagement and growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• Communicate with followers, respond to inquiries promptly, and monitor audience feedback.
• Utilize social media marketing tools like Later and Buffer to streamline processes.
• Ensure all content adheres to our show’s social media guidelines, considering cultural context and sensitivities.
• Act as the primary contact for all social media inquiries and projects for stakeholders.
• Work with various departments at Bukhash Brothers to achieve shared business and marketing goals.
• Connect with industry professionals and influencers via social media to build a strong network.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects that meet client needs and objectives.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Account Manager
• Strong leadership skills and a team player mentality
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Solid understanding of social media best practices and KPIs
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Experience conducting audience persona research
• Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Creative ability to deliver engaging content (text, images, video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with online marketing channels
• A BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field
