The Role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with an exceptional command of Sharjah’s cultural landscape. This role is ideal for a professional who lives and breathes the city, from its heritage and traditions to its modern art scene, culinary experiences, and evolving identity. You will bring Sharjah’s spirit to life across ASTUDIO’s client campaigns, creating stories that connect deeply with audiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that reflect Sharjah’s cultural richness while aligning with client objectives
• Produce engaging content that highlights the city’s arts, architecture, cuisine, and lifestyle in ways that attract and retain audiences
• Manage publishing calendars and ensure timely, contextually relevant posts across platforms
• Monitor conversations, trends, and community engagement specific to Sharjah, and respond with insight and cultural sensitivity
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams to craft campaigns that balance global quality with regional authenticity

What We’re Looking For

• Proven background in social media management with a portfolio demonstrating success across different platforms
• Deep knowledge of Sharjah’s culture, history, and lifestyle — both traditional and contemporary
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong writing skills in both
• Ability to translate cultural knowledge into compelling digital narratives
• A creative mindset with sensitivity to both local traditions and global creative benchmarks
