The Role

We’re hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager to own our brand presence and customer acquisition.

You’ll be responsible for our social presence, we need someone who truly understands the social media dynamics and own up the conversions. Also you need to be able to develop relationships with the right creators (not just the biggest follower counts), create content that genuinely resonates, and turn new customers into loyal fans across all our brands.

You’ll report to our Marketing Director and Creative Director, work within our creative team, and have the freedom to test, learn, and build a repeatable playbook for what wins in Dubai.


 

What You'll Own

Content strategy + calendar: build the monthly/quarterly plan, formats, pillars, posting cadence, and channel roles (IG vs TikTok vs WhatsApp vs Telegram).

Content direction: write briefs, define hooks, scripts, shot lists, and ensure output matches brand tone and premium feel.

Community management: manage DMs/comments, response guidelines, escalation, reputation, and turn conversations into leads.

Influencer program end-to-end: gifting/seeding, paid collabs, affiliate codes, UGC whitelisting/Spark Ads, usage rights, contracts, and compliance.

Brand safety + quality control: keep everything consistent, premium, and on-brand across three brands, including crisis comms when needed.

Vendor + production coordination: manage freelancers/creators, budgets, timelines, approvals, and delivery tracking.

You're a Great Fit If:

You're a native to social media with fluent English

You have 3-5 years in social media, influencer marketing, or community management

You live in Dubai and deeply understand the culture.

You have a proven track record managing influencer campaigns with measurable results (not just "awareness")

You're culturally fluentyou know the difference between adapting content and just translating it

You understand luxury brand positioning and can maintain brand standards while making them feel authentic

You're a relationship builderinfluencers and community leaders want to work with you

You're creative and resourcefulyou can get exceptional value through smart barter deals, long-term partnerships, and authentic storytelling

You're organized and proactive you can manage multiple influencer partnerships, content calendars, and campaigns without dropping balls


You're NOT a Fit If: You've only done corporate/B2B social media (this is consumer-facing and community-driven)

You think influencer marketing is just "pay someone to post once"

You can't show specific examples of campaigns you've run with actual results

You need a large team or resources to execute this is an IC role working collaboratively

You're uncomfortable with luxury brand positioning or don't understand the nuances between aspirational (The Finery) and approachable (Washmen)
