Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Software Engineer II specializing in Flutter to join our dynamic development team. As a core member of our software engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated mobile applications that meet the highest industry standards. You will collaborate closely with other developers, UI/UX designers, and the product team to ensure smooth product delivery and enhance user experience. Your role will include maintaining and improving existing codebases, troubleshooting complex issues, and staying updated with the latest Flutter and Dart technologies. Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain and improve existing mobile applications for performance and stability.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs to integrate with mobile applications.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in the mobile application environment.
• Assist with software and system troubleshooting and debugging of program interfaces.
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for the development and product processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Flutter and mobile development.
• Communicate effectively with team members to aid in product development and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter.
• Proficiency in Dart and solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs integration in mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
