Software Engineer in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, coding, and maintenance of medium to large applications and modules.
- Apply Agile software development principles and practices to deliver high-quality software.
- Contribute to system analysis and the creation of technical designs.
- Work with a range of web and back-end technologies to implement solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Follow best practices for code quality and performance.
- Proven experience (4-6 years) in software engineering or development.
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as Angular, React.JS, Node.JS, or Next JS.
- Experience with back-end technologies including Java (8+), Spring, Spring Boot, and Restful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Elastic Search, Cassandra).
- Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of DevOps tools such as GIT and Docker.
