The Role

Vinbay is seeking a Field Sales & Engagement Representative with proven B2B SaaS and pre-sales experience to lead customer acquisition across the UAE’s automotive market. Applicants must be legal residents of the UAE with a valid work visa and driver's license. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required, and preference will be given to native Arabic speakers.

This is a full-time, field-focused position that blends sales, engagement, and customer success responsibilities to grow Vinbay’s market presence.

You will represent Vinbay in the field, engage directly with business owners, deliver on-site product demonstrations, and drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) through relationship-based selling and effective pipeline management.


Reports To: Head of Sales & Marketing

Experience Level: 2–5 years in B2B SaaS sales, pre-sales, or customer success

Industry Advantage: Automotive technology or aftermarket experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute field prospecting, cold visits, and in-person outreach to generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Extra credit for efficiently identifying and sourcing potential leads online ahead of visits.
  • Define and continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for the Emirati market using verified data insights collected from field and client interactions.
  • Deliver compelling, live SaaS product demonstrations for workshops, garages, and spare parts retailers.
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence, customer pain points, and usability feedback to internal teams for product and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to qualify leads you’ve generated, and gain additional recognition for independently closing complete deals that contribute to MRR.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to improve messaging, campaigns, and conversion efficiency.
  • Produce clear, detailed reports on pipeline status, performance metrics, and client engagement trends.


Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, pre-sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle and meet or exceed MRR/ARR targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and customer-driven work ethic.
  • Valid UAE driving license (own car preferred).
  • Full-time availability aligned with the UAE and Egypt time zones for cross-regional collaboration.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling ERP, CRM, or management software (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience in the automotive industry, retailers, spare parts, or workshop management sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce; extra credit for configuring CRM pipelines or automation workflows.
  • Passion for technology, data-driven sales, SaaS innovation, and digital transformation.


Performance Expectations

Within 1–3 Months

  • Co-develop and validate the first Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for the UAE market.
  • Fully master the Vinbay platform and deliver confident, data-driven demos.

Within 3–6 Months

  • Consistently exceed closed-deal and MRR targets.
  • Maintain a low churn rate by building trusted customer relationships and offering proactive engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients and a valuable source of critical feedback for internal teams.


Key KPIs

  • New Client Acquisition & MRR Growth
  • Qualified Lead Generation and pipeline conversion rates
  • Customer Churn Rate below industry benchmarks
  • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) growth through retention and upselling
