Solar Panel Cleaner

Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and physically fit Solar Panel Cleaners to perform cleaning and basic maintenance of solar panels. The role ensures that panels are free of dust, dirt, and debris to maintain maximum efficiency and energy output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean solar panels using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions (non-abrasive).

• Follow safety procedures when working at heights or on rooftops.

• Report any visible damage or irregularities on the panels or mounting systems.

• Use harnesses, ladders, and safety gear as per company and regulatory standards.

• Work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.

• Assist maintenance teams with other basic site duties when required.

Requirements:

• No formal education required; basic literacy preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in cleaning or general maintenance (preferred).

• Comfortable working at heights and in hot or dusty environments.

• Knowledge of safety practices and use of PPE.

• Physically fit with good attention to detail.
