We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to drive the design and implementation of enterprise solutions with a strong focus on Salesforce and other integrated applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet both current and future business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration strategies, and enterprise systems, alongside excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing
- Proven experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, including integration with other enterprise systems.
- Strong experience in designing enterprise-wide solutions, including data architecture, application architecture, security, and integration design.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, development tools, and integration capabilities.
- Extensive experience with enterprise integration technologies (Mulesoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.) and APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF, Zachman, or others.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business problems and provide well-considered technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influencing decision-making processes.
- Experience with multi-cloud architecture, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Prior experience with agile methodologies, including working within agile development teams and Scrum frameworks.
