We are seeking a Solutions Engineer – Sales, Delivery & Success to play a pivotal role
in the client journey: from shaping solutions during pre-sales, to leading enterprise
implementations, to ensuring customer success and account growth. This is a
hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology,
banking, and enterprise SaaS.

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer – Sales, Delivery & Success to play a pivotal role

Role Summary
The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for:
- Pre-Sales: Supporting the sales cycle through technical expertise, demos,
- Delivery: Owning end-to-end project implementations with clients, managing
- Customer Success: Acting as the trusted advisor to clients post-implementation,
You will act as the bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, and our clients,
ensuring the solutions we deliver create maximum impact for our banking and financial
services partners.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Partner with Sales to engage with prospective banks and financial institutions,
- Lead technical presentations, demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
- Own and coordinate technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and compliance/security
- Translate client needs into tailored solution architectures and delivery
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead enterprise SaaS deployments, ensuring smooth integrations with client IT
- Gather and validate technical and functional requirements, managing delivery
- Coordinate with engineering/product teams to resolve technical issues.
- Oversee configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Deliver projects on time, on scope, and to enterprise-grade standards.
- Be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients post-go-live.
- Drive adoption, usage, and ROI of our solutions across the client’s organization.
- Ensure renewal and retention by proactively managing client relationships.
- Support sales in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities (additional
- Capture client feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP Certification
- 5–10 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS for banking/financial services.
- Proven track record in solutions engineering, implementation, and customer
Mandatory Technical Competencies
- Deep understanding of APIs, data integration, ETL pipelines, databases, and
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with enterprise IT and security requirements: compliance,
- Ability to design and present solution architectures for banking clients.
- Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall, Jira, Trello, or similar tools).
- Prior experience at a fintech or enterprise SaaS vendor serving banks/financial
- Strong familiarity with banking regulations, compliance, and security standards in
- Understanding of financial data enrichment, analytics, personalization, or

- Strong client-facing communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to work seamlessly with both bank IT/developer teams and
- Commercial acumen: experience driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
- Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
Certifications (Nice to Have)
- Project Management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master.
- Cloud certifications: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
