What You Will Do

• Curate an extensive wine list, staying updated with new releases and trends.
• Assist guests in selecting wines that complement their meals.
• Maintain proper wine storage and cellar organization.
• Conduct wine training sessions for staff to enhance their wine expertise.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create wine pairing suggestions.
• Ensure the smooth flow of wine service during busy periods.
• Complying with health and safety regulations.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of wines.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to recommend wines based on individual preferences and food pairings.
• Knowledge of proper wine storage and cellar management.
• Passion for staying updated with industry trends and expanding wine knowledge.
• Certifications such as sommelier training are a plus.
• Sense of graciousness in product presentation.
