Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Sommelier to join our team at Maison de la Plage beach club in Dubai.

- Previous experience in a similar role within upmarket restaurants or beach clubs
- Fluent in English, additional languages will be advantageous
- WSET Level 2 at minimum
