- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Management:
- Oversee kitchen staff, training, and scheduling.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation and presentation.
- Customer Engagement:
- Interact with guests to receive feedback and enhance their dining experience.
- Adapt menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
