Main Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival and assist them with any inquiries or requests.
- Ensure that all spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and bathrooms, are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary supplies, equipment, and linens for each guest, ensuring readiness for spa treatments.
- Provide guests with refreshments, towels, robes, and other amenities to enhance their comfort during their spa experience.
- Follow all hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring the spa environment meets the highest cleanliness standards.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of spa services, treatments, and products, assisting guests with any product inquiries or recommendations.
- Work closely with other spa team members, such as therapists and receptionists, to deliver a seamless, exceptional guest experience.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good physical fitness and ability to maintain cleanliness in the spa.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team player.
