Job Description

Be the friendly face that greets our guests as they embark on their wellness journey! You’ll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while helping our guests make the most of their spa and gym experiences.

THE MISSION?

• Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a bright smile and make them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
• Booking Guru: Manage appointments and reservations for spa treatments and gym sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
• Information Hub: Provide guests with information about spa services, gym facilities, and wellness programs, becoming their go-to resource!
• Customer Care Champion: Address inquiries and special requests with a friendly and professional approach, ensuring every guest feels valued.
• Team Collaborator: Work closely with spa and gym staff to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest service.
• Wellness Advocate: Promote health and wellness initiatives, encouraging guests to make the most of our facilities and services.
• Administrative Whiz: Handle billing, maintain records, and ensure the reception area is organized and inviting.
• Safety First: Uphold all safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring our guests feel secure during their visit.
