As Spa Manager, You Will
You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Spa in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, colleague engagement, and strong financial performance. The role involves leading and motivating the spa team, overseeing daily operations, and creating memorable wellness journeys that build guest loyalty.
As Spa Manager, You Will
- Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to deliver personalized and memorable experiences.
- Oversee daily operations, treatment quality, retail sales, and facility upkeep, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Anticipate guest needs, build lasting relationships, and enhance loyalty by creating a sense of connection with the spa.
- Drive business performance by managing budgets, maximizing revenues, and introducing innovative treatments and wellness concepts.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to design integrated guest experiences and support marketing initiatives to position the spa as a destination of choice.

The role involves leading and motivating the spa team, overseeing daily operations, and creating memorable wellness journeys that build guest loyalty.
- University Degree or Diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or wellness facility.
- Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Anticipate guest needs, build lasting relationships, and enhance loyalty by creating a sense of connection with the spa.
- Drive business performance by managing budgets, maximizing revenues, and introducing innovative treatments and wellness concepts.
