What You Will Do
- Assist with spa software bookings in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Cover fitness reception and ensures that all collaterals are available.
- Ensure mutual cooperation, proactive communication and adequate support to other departments within the Resort as well as other Four Seasons properties.
- Proactively promote products, treatments, packages, membership offers and special current promotions.
