What You Will Do
- Establish good rapport with guests while maintaining appropriate guest-employee relationships.
- Prepare treatment areas according to specifications at the end of each treatment.
- Know the benefits, indications and contraindications of all spa services, professional and retail products.
- Commit to follow strictly Four Seasons Spa code of Ethics, Conflict of interest and Client privacy policies
- Comply with Four Seasons standard culture and operational criteria and provides retail prescription cards
- Previous at least 5 years’ experience within the same role in a 5* luxury Hotel.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Licensed massage therapist, holistic health practitioner is a plus.
- Proficiency in authentic Thai massage is must.
- Certified Therapist
