Spa Therapist - InterContinental Abu Dhabi

InterContinental Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated and passionate Spa Therapist to join our luxury spa team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a well-being and hospitality environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

• Provide a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies in line with brand standards
• Ensure all treatments are performed with professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent quality
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in treatment rooms and spa areas
• Deliver outstanding guest service, including consultation, advice, and personalized recommendations
• Build strong relationships with guests to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
• Support spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining treatment supplies
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient spa operations
  
  

What we need from you:

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury hotels or high-end spa environments
• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related fields
• Knowledge of a variety of spa and wellness treatments and techniques
• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Professional, approachable, and team-oriented
