Responsibilities

  • Check the customer journey and support to ensure a streamlined experience dealing with all investors, partners, or service provider.
  • Support to handle all internal/external stakeholders' services related to the specific assigned sector.
  • Attend, whenever required, key events, exhibitions, roadshows etc. dedicated to promoting the industrial zone and target sector.
  • Provide assistance to implement commercial excellence through standardization of processes and adoption of best practices and systems (including CRM).
  • Assist in lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiations to meet sector-based targets.
  • Support in leads generated from new concepts development to progress their interest and finalize the deal.
  • Extract and communicate customer insights for continuous improvement of the organization’s processes/procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Excellent English and Arabic Languages
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Require at least 3 years of direct sales experience with a basic understanding of operations
  • Require leadership skills with project management nature
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to meet directly with customers and represent the company in a professional manor
  • Require good analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data
  • Target-orientated and able to work under pressure
  • Require excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to prepare PowerPoint presentations and be fully conversant in windows, excel and word
