Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UAE National to join our team as a Specialist Pension Management. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely administration of employee pension plans in accordance with UAE labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE pension system, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely administration of employee pension plans in accordance with UAE labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE pension system, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer employee pension plans, including enrollment, contributions, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE labor laws and regulations related to pensions, including the General Pension
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee pension contributions and benefits.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of pension accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on pension-related matters.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any pension-related issues.
- Stay abreast of any changes in UAE pension laws and regulations.
- Assist with the implementation of new pension plans or modifications to existing plans.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of pension management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of [Number] years of experience in pension management in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations, particularly those related to pensions.
- Experience with the GPSSA and its regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Pension administration, UAE labor law, HRIS systems, data analysis, reconciliation, reporting.
- Soft Skills: Communication, interpersonal skills, customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, time management, organizational skills.
