Specialist - Industry Analysis

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Specialist in Industry Analysis with 6 years of experience in fundamental financial analysis, including deep expertise in financial markets, industry trends, and company performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong research capabilities, a keen ability to distill complex data into actionable insights, and advanced knowledge of regional and global markets.

This role involves producing high-quality reports and presentations for senior management, conducting in-depth market and company analysis, and managing relevant datasets. The candidate will be expected to work independently under tight deadlines while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce regular and ad hoc reports on companies, industries, and market themes.
• Monitor global financial news and trends to provide timely insights.
• Conduct detailed financial, industry, and company analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Review financial statements and corporate materials to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and maintain databases and datasets for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members and support stakeholders across functions.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of financial markets, economics, and industry dynamics.
• Intermediate financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, and other financial tools.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Skilled in writing concise, insightful reports and presentations.
• Capable of coordinating team efforts and managing editorial feedback loops.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in equity research, investor relations, portfolio management, or related fields such as strategy consulting, investment banking, hedge funds, or private equity.

Additional Requirements:

• International exposure through education or work experience in markets such as the U.S., UK, Europe, Singapore, or Hong Kong.
• Currently residing in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is a plus.
• Fluent in English (required); Arabic fluency is an advantage.
