Job Purpose
Acts as an oil spill response (OSR) subject matter expert and provides specialised technical expertise across the entire value chain of the OSR Department, from response planning to contractor management in order to promote continuous improvement and excellence in oil spill preparedness and response within ADNOC.

Job Purpose
Acts as an oil spill response (OSR) subject matter expert and provides specialised technical expertise across the entire value chain of the OSR Department, from response planning to contractor management in order to promote continuous improvement and excellence in oil spill preparedness and response within ADNOC.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as an SME in research, collation and benchmarking of international Oil Spill & HNS Response regulations, quality standards and best practice to establish a comprehensive knowledge repository.
- Acts as a Framework Agreement Coordinator between ADNOC GHSE and ADNOC L & S.
- Develops annual ADNOC Group OS&HNS audit plan in collaboration with ADNOC L & S
- Coordinates the Monthly Meeting between ADNOC GHSE and ADNOC L & S Oil Spill & HNS Response Division, develops MOMs and tracks all actions through to close out.
- Participates in internal and external Audits as OS & HNS SME.
- Supports ADNOC L & S in any Technical study.
- Coordinates the Bi-Annual meeting with Group Companies.
- Monitors the implementation of ADNOC L & S Maintenance, Exercises and Training plans.
- Develops and follows up a corrective action plan of any audit-based finding/noncompliance raised by GHSE.
- Lead the utilization of the WebEOC platform with all stakeholders.
- Develops a biweekly report on Oil Spill & HNS Response Division readiness and present to VP, Emergency Response & Crisis Management.
- Coordinates with Oil Spill & HNS Response Division for any external event.
- Advises on the implementation of functional policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls covering all areas of the Oil Spill & HNS Response functions.
- Reviews as an SME the OS & HNS assets, Oil Spill & HNS Response Plans, highlights, and recommends any potential improvement areas.
- Identifies Oil Spill & HNS Response improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in Oil Spill & HNS Response field.
Mandatory:
- OPRC OSR Level 2 & 3
- ICS 100, 200 & 300
- Internal Auditor 45001
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
