Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate schedule and cost performance reports.
- Prepare cost estimates, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Analyze variances and identify potential risks and delays; recommend mitigation actions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and offshore teams for accurate planning data.
- Ensure all planning and cost control procedures comply with company and project standards.
- Support project controls reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning and cost control within the oil and gas industry, including offshore project exposure.
- Strong knowledge of planning and cost control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, Excel).
- Excellent understanding of project lifecycle, budgeting, and earned value management.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
