Job Description

As our Specialist Restorative Dentist, you will be responsible for providing advanced restorative dental treatments to our patients. You will work closely with our team of dentists and specialists to deliver the best possible care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex restorative procedures, such as crowns, bridges, and implants, with precision and attention to detail
• Conduct thorough and accurate assessments to determine the best course of treatment for each patient
• Develop treatment plans that address both immediate and long-term oral health needs
• Collaborate with other dentists and specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in restorative dentistry through continuing education and professional development
• Provide patient education and counseling on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols at all times
• Build and maintain rapport with patients, fostering trust and confidence in our practice
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to improving the quality of care for our patients
  
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Active state dental license and relevant certifications in restorative dentistry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a private practice setting
• Strong skills in restorative dentistry, with experience in complex cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach
• Detail-oriented and able to work with precision and efficiency
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other dental professionals
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
• Familiarity with dental software and technology, including digital imaging and computer-aided design (CAD) software
