- Create, manage, and publish high-quality, engaging content across various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze website and social media performance metrics to optimize content and improve user experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital content management, including SEO principles and social media algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies as needed to ensure timely and accurate content updates.
- Implement and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across all platforms.
- Conduct regular audits of website and social media content to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Provide reports and analysis on content performance, making recommendations for enhancements and adjustments as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in website and social media content management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
