About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our team in Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Greet all guests upon arrival, distribute towels, offer assistance with seating, deliver consistent guest service, exceed guest expectations, and provide all other supporting services.
• Provide excellent service consistent with the hotel’s standards operating procedures and brand attributes.
• Supervise overall cleanliness of pool and beach and escalate any issues to management.
• Properly utilize performance feedback, recognition, training, and adherence to company policies.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Monitoring pool and beach area to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations.
• Provide excellent service consistent with the hotel’s standards operating procedures and brand attributes.
• Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the resort or hotel.
• Managing the swimming pool cleaning schedule and performing daily inspections.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• A minimum of one year and six months experience as a senior waiter in a luxury hotel or a high-end standalone restaurant, demonstrating a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
• Proficiency in English as well as in Russian is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Participate in regular trainings and staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies.
• Monitoring pool and beach area to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations.
• Provide excellent service consistent with the hotel’s standards operating procedures and brand attributes.
