Job Description

Lead all activities of Mobility, voice and satellite product management. Evaluate and validate the business case on regular basis for existing and new products for its applicability and profitability in global market. Manage the PNL of MVS products, by validating the business case for the existing and new products and expansion for its applicability and profitability in the global market. Lead the GTM and products launching activities and related process across functional departments and across organization. Manages products & services in different life cycle stages and takes action to ensure market success. Define MVS product strategies and agree on the implementation with the head of division. Provide effective guidance and coaching to MVS product team. Develop required partnerships and business development to achieve objectives. Develop new business streams. Manage product communication and position via the different channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, Develop and manage Mobile IPX portfolio, Voice, SMS, IoT/M2M, sponsored roaming, Digital Communication platform, WiFi/LTE Roaming & Aviation and Satellite products management
  • Prepares annual product plan including product, customer & market analyses, product objectives, pricing, promotion etc.
  • Ratifies product specification and finalizes business plan prepared by the individual product managers
  • Ensures in-depth market and industry analysis for each product has been conducted and delivered
  • Analyzes market segments and competition, implements and analyzes KPIs for MVS products in the wholesale market and understand customers needs.
  • Develop new products and enhance existing new and complimenting features to ensure product relevance and meet changing market needs.
  • Identifies potential synergies, bundling offers, joint promotions and ensures best practice across MVS products portfolios
  • Determines and implements product positioning strategy for the section and agree on the implementation with the division head.
  • Manages product life cycle and introduce new products as part of the digital transformation initiatives to offer self-service portal for customers.
  • Lead product communication, marketing and positioning to increase the visibility and sales leads a across the global market.
  • Lead the section PNL for all products, and monitors and evaluates the section’s on-going performance and quality of its output and services
  • Drives sales effort by market segments and by wholesale services
  • Lead business development activities to enable new revenue channels and streams
  • Identifies potential synergies, bundling offers, joint promotions and ensures best practice across product portfolios.
  • Establish partnership with vendor and solution providers that complement MVS offerings
  • Collaborate with OPCOs, partners to have wider reach and global unique position
  • Lead and coach the team, provides clear direction, set targets, prioritizes tasks and assigns responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing/engineering
  • 15 years of experience in product management
