Description

Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) for MENA (Middle East and North Africa) and TR (Turkey) regions plays a vital role in managing the fulfillment and logistics operations for sellers in these rapidly growing marketplaces. We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Inbound Manager to oversee and optimize the inbound processes for our FBA program in the MENA and TR regions, ensuring efficient operations, competitive service levels, and exceptional seller experiences.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead and develop the inbound strategy for FBA in the MENA and TR regions, aligning with global best practices while addressing local market needs.
• Optimize inbound processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve seller satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the end-to-end inbound journey for sellers, from inventory preparation to warehouse receipt.
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in the inbound process.
• Develop and implement KPIs to measure and enhance the performance of inbound operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational excellence and scalability of the FBA program in the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, sellers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless inbound operations.
• Stay abreast of regional regulations and customs requirements, ensuring compliance and smooth cross-border operations.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of inbound operations specialists.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 5+ years of team management experience
• 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
