About the Job:

We are looking for a Data Driven Global Hotel Chain Senior Manager to manage the dynamic hotel chain and connectivity portfolio. The role focuses on managing commercial tasks as well as developing partnerships with hotel chains.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with global hotel chains to secure and optimize high-value partnerships.
• Lead complex contract negotiations and manage agreements to ensure favourable terms and compliance.
• Design and implement strategic plans for supplier activation, prioritizing key opportunities to drive business success.
• Conduct in-depth price and availability analysis, utilizing data insights to make informed commercial decisions.
• Work closely with various departments to support internal projects and supplier requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Lead market analysis initiatives to identify new supplier opportunities, assess industry trends, and minimize operational risks.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in accommodation procurement to provide strategic guidance and support.

Profile requirements:

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in hotel industry contracting, with substantial experience in managing global hotel chains, particularly in a travel services environment.
• Proven track record in senior relationship management and strategic partnership development with high-level hotel chain partners in a B2B/B2C environment
• Deep understanding of the tourism and hospitality landscape, with a strong network within the global hotel industry.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience using Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
