Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Conduct process simulations using software like Aspen Plus, ProMax, or HYSYS to model and optimize oil & gas and/or water treatment
• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and other engineering documents.
• Perform hydraulic and heat balance calculations to ensure equipment sizing and process operability.
• Experience of PSV, control valve sizing, equipment sizing, good understanding of pumps, instruments etc
• Provide technical support to operations teams during troubleshooting, commissioning, and debottlenecking
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability.
• Stay current with evolving industry standards and regulations for oil & gas and/or water
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, procurement, operations) to ensure project success.
• Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical
• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the oil & gas and/or water treatment
• Strong proficiency in process simulation software like Aspen Plus, ProMax, or
• Experience with PFD, P&ID, and other engineering documentation
• Excellent understanding of mass and heat transfer and fluid
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical
• Knowledge of all International Standards like Shell DP, API, ASME
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
