How can you make an impact?

The Senior Product Manager - Medical Products, International & Test Prep is a seasoned individual contributor within the Global Professional business unit. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic vision and roadmap for a portfolio of multi-platform, multi-product offerings. With a specific focus on international markets and globally sold B2C test prep products, the Sr. PM ensures alignment with the broader business strategy while managing cross-functional collaboration across teams that support various components of the product suite.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Roadmap Development - International -Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for international-focused multi-platform and multi-product lines. Collaborate closely with the Director of Product Management, product leaders, and key stakeholders across departments and global regions to ensure alignment with broader company goals, market opportunities, and the strategic push for international growth and scale.
  • Strategic Roadmap Development - Test Prep- Shape and guide the strategic vision and roadmap for a global suite of test prep products supporting high-stakes licensure exams across diverse markets. Collaborate with the Director of Product Management, content leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective execution and alignment with broader business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Product Leadership- Serve as a key representative of the product team, providing strategic insights to support critical decision-making and secure leadership buy-in. Identify new product opportunities, shape ideas into scalable proposals, and develop high-level documentation backed by solid discovery work to guide business direction and drive execution.
  • Product Development & Execution- Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of key strategic initiatives in close collaboration with content, UX, and engineering teams. Partner with marketing and customer success to support go-to-market execution. Support the broader roadmap delivery across cross-functional teams, identify areas for process improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency, regularly running retrospectives to assess and optimize value.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the product lead for new initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams on goals and priorities. Communicate roadmap updates and drive collaboration across engineering, content, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Market & User Research: Conduct market and user research to inform strategy, with a focus on international and test prep needs. Use interviews, surveys, focus groups, and user testing to gather insights and guide product decisions.
  • Metrics & Performance Tracking- Collecting, visualizing, and analysing product

analytics data for the entire multi-platform product or multi-product line; working product analytics in a way that establishes core metrics, key performances indicators and develop product goals to achieve to demonstrate efficacy or product market fit to leadership.

  • Establishes product backlog for products and development plans for next few years.
  • Coordinate complex development projects across multiple different technology

teams, including outsourced vendors

What You Bring:

  • 5-7 years' experience in product management with proven track record of managing product strategies across diverse international markets, aligning regional needs with global business goals. Strong track record of taking products from concept (n=1) to global scale (n=many).
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional teams across time zones to deliver successful product launches.
  • Expertise in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Deep understanding of global customer needs, including cultural, regulatory, and competitive dynamics.
  • Experience developing localized go-to-market strategies and navigating global distribution challenges.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to scale products globally while ensuring high-quality user experiences.
  • Strong communicator, adept at working with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and identifying process improvements.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and prioritization skills.
  • Financially savvy, able to balance value, quality, and budget.
  • Located in Gulf Standard Time (GST) preferred; must overlap at least 50% of the workday with U.S. Eastern Time (ideal hours: 12 PM-8 PM Dubai time).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in education, academic publishing, or medical content.
  • Experience with SaaS, platform-based products, or edtech.
  • Fluent in collaboration, road mapping, and project management tools such as Atlassian Confluence/JIRA, Asana, Miro/LucidSpark, MS Office suite, etc.
  • Fluent in data analytics and visualization tools such as Pendo, Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
  • Familiar with different types of research methods and tools for conducting user research (user testing tools, survey tools, etc.)
  • Familiar with business strategy/product strategy frameworks, contributing to business cases, demonstrating skills such as forecasting and measuring
  • Familiar enough with technology to work collaboratively with engineering and serve as a translator to other parts of the business
