What You’ll Do: As a Technical Presales Consultant – DELL , you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers.

What You’ll Do: As a Technical Presales Consultant – DELL , you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers.
The position is based in Kuwait
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Converting customer/reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
- Meeting with end-users to better understand their requirements.
- Generating Bills of Materials and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware/software vendors.
- Conducting demos and proof of concept presentations to customers.
- Arranging and conducting technical training for partners and customers.
- You have 5+ years of presales experience.
- You have knowledge of the following technologies: Dell Servers and storage.
- Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively.
