YOUR IMPACT

Senior Project Manager to join our highly motivated Emerging markets team. Dynamic, committed, experienced Project Manager, who has proven IT, software experience and is able to manage multiple complex engagements 500K USD – 2M USD, creating and managing project documentation, timelines, risks to the objectives and contractual scope agreed.

What The Role Offers

• Collaborate with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs in order to ensure effective risk identifications, assessment and treatment
• Leading the project teams on your engagements to ensure effective and efficient development, delivery, deployment, testing and operational support/ management.
• Collaborate internally with the account teams, management, support, PM/RnD, finance, Biz Ops and Q2C to meet or exceed revenue, margin, customer satisfaction and market share goals.
• Manage medium to high complexity software implementations, upgrades and migrations from leading, resourcing, financials and project management standpoint E2E
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Degree in Computer Science/IT, Project Operations, Project Management or a related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience or experience in leading and managing engagements and project teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL tools and processes, or other IT frameworks is an advantage
• PMP certification or Prince 2 is considered an advantage
• Advanced communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Committed, flexible, very strong multi tasking and leadership skills, able to motivate teams to perform at their best and developing continuous, profitable client relationships
• Solid command of English language, additional languages are considered an advantage
• For UAE candidates Arabic language is preferred together with fluent English
