Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to lead the restaurant onboarding process across talabat’s 8 markets. This is a 4-month temporary role with the critical objective of improving onboarding speed, optimizing partner setup experience, and ensuring smooth adoption of self-service tools.

WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?

• Project Manage End-to-End Onboarding:
  
  

Drive and monitor onboarding performance KPIs across markets, including activation time, device installation turnaround, training completion, and partner readiness.

• Device Supply Chain Oversight:
  
  

Manage supply, logistics, and deployment of tablets/devices across all markets in coordination with regional logistics and local operations teams.

• Training & Enablement:
  
  

Ensure training quality by standardizing materials, tracking completion rates, and ensuring high engagement from new partners.

• Self-Service Tool Adoption:
  
  

Promote and track adoption of talabat’s self-service tools (e.g., menu management, campaign setup) to reduce partner dependency and support load.

• Stakeholder Coordination:
  
  

Work closely with city teams, product ops, logistics, and central partner experience teams to ensure timely execution and escalations where required.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  
  

Establish a weekly reporting rhythm to track onboarding speed, success rates, and blockers; recommend and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in project management, operations, or onboarding roles—preferably in tech, e-commerce, or food delivery.
• Strong track record of cross-functional project execution and operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Excel, project tracking dashboards (e.g., Jira, Asana), and CRM platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior regional experience or multi-country exposure is a plus.
