Sr. Specialist Stakeholder Management – Emirati Talent
The Sr. Specialist – Stakeholder Management is responsible for managing day-to-day communications between the entity and all external stakeholders, including government ministries, military bodies, and regulatory authorities. The role ensures a balanced approach between the needs of stakeholders and the operational requirements of the Range, striving to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. The incumbent will play a key role in strengthening relationships, mitigating risks, and enhancing the reputation of Remaya/EDGE among national and international stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
Sr. Specialist Stakeholder Management – Emirati Talent
The Sr. Specialist – Stakeholder Management is responsible for managing day-to-day communications between the entity and all external stakeholders, including government ministries, military bodies, and regulatory authorities. The role ensures a balanced approach between the needs of stakeholders and the operational requirements of the Range, striving to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. The incumbent will play a key role in strengthening relationships, mitigating risks, and enhancing the reputation of Remaya/EDGE among national and international stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify, map, and maintain a comprehensive register of all external stakeholders, including government agencies, armed forces, regulators, and other public sector entities, evaluating them against influence and interest.
- Develop and implement a robust stakeholder management and engagement strategy tailored to government and military stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective person-to-person communication channels between stakeholders and key Remaya/EDGE colleagues.
- Assess and monitor risks and opportunities associated with external stakeholders, recommending proactive mitigation and engagement actions.
- Organize and hold regular meetings, briefings, and working groups with government, military, and regulatory stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.
- Ensure that the reputation of the Range, Remaya, and EDGE is consistently enhanced in the eyes of external stakeholders, particularly within the UAE government and defense ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the Range Management Team to identify and recommend operational adjustments in response to stakeholder requirements or emerging government/military priorities.
- Support senior leadership in high-level engagements with ministries, military commands, and regulatory authorities, ensuring alignment of communications and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in stakeholder management in a related defense environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Prior experience working in defense, aerospace, or government sector environments.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE regulatory environment, defense sector landscape, and military operations/protocols.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating sensitive political or defense-related issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Established network of contacts within government ministries, military organizations, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholder bodies.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
