Key Responsibilities  

• As a Senior Technician, you would be responsible for organizing the lab, managing the flavors compounding workflow, and leading the team of technicians.
• Follow formula instructions for compounding.
• Prepare application samples for Flavors Creation, Sweet Goods, and the Beverage Market.
• Oversee the completion of all documentation for prepared samples and ensure proper distribution.
• Ensure the availability of all raw materials needed for sample preparation.
• Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices.

You Bring  

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Energy and eagerness to understand the principles of flavor compounding and various food categories.
• Passion and curiosity for the food industry.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to exchange ideas with the team.
