SSHE Coordinator

The role is a key area in Safety, Security, Health & Environment function. Embedding SSHE processes in Unilever AGU Office & DBS warehouse with deployment of the overall Global Framework.

• Develop and implement SHE Processes, Systems, Reporting, data analysis and continuously improving the SHE standards of Gulf Business Unit Operations in coordination with Company General Manager/ Supply Chain Director and Unilever Arabia corporate SHE Manager.
• Continuously improve overall SHE performance of the UAE by coordinating all safety related activities & campaigns.
• Deploy the Site Security protocol, ensure the embedding of the security measures, and ensure the training of security team.
• Central focal point for regional/local information management and analysis.
• Develop local training programmes and collaborate with regional programmes.
• Assist the Gulf Business Unit management in reducing the number of Accident/ Incidents aiming to Zero Major Incidents all the year round by implementing all pro-active safety programs in accident prevention.
