Startup Launch Intern - Be Part of A Tech Startup's First Chapter

This isn’t your average internship.

We’re Helpdesk – a tech startup gearing up for launch and actively fundraising our seed round. We’re building a platform that connects people to real, human help - instantly. We’re looking for one exceptional intern to jump in immediately and help us make it happen.

You’ll be on the ground floor of a growing startup, helping launch our MVP, collaborating across marketing, ops, and partnerships, and learning more in 3 months than most people do in a year. It’s an opportunity to explore different roles in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, marketing, or a related field
• Be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Have a valid UAE visa – we do not provide visa sponsorship during internships
• Be able to commute to and from our offices in DIFC whenever required
• Able to start immediately
• Have great people skills – you’ll be coordinating with helpers, clients, admins, and media/PR firms
• Be independent and resourceful – especially between May 21–June 9, when the founder will be abroad (you’ll have daily remote check-ins)
• A tech background or understanding of startups is a strong plus

What you'll be doing:

• Help us launch our MVP and collect user feedback
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (helpers, media reps, etc.)
• Onboard helpers, admins, and users into our MVP – you’ll be expected to proactively seek out and recruit qualified individuals, whether through outreach, partnerships, social channels, or creative initiatives. This isn’t a passive role — you’ll need to take ownership of growth and engagement from day one.
• Assist with marketing, PR, proposals, and ad hoc projects
• Jump into whatever is needed – it’s a startup, you’ll learn it all
