InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Supervise daily stewarding operations, ensuring efficient and hygienic dishwashing cleaning, and kitchen support.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Oversee the distribution and transport of dishware, equipment, and supplies between hotel outlets and kitchens.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools such as dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, and floor cleaning systems.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and tools, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Train and guide team members to follow proper hygiene, safety procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Support the setup and breakdown of all day dining restaurant buffets, banquets, and other events during peak periods.
• Ensure all employees follow HACCP, IHG safety and security policies and complete necessary certifications and training.
• Identify and report maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe work conditions to management promptly.
• Promote a clean and professional personal appearance among team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and support others in achieving departmental goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support operational needs.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen support, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to manage a team in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills; able to speak, read, and write clearly in English.
