Job Brief:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Stores Executive to implement the Plant Administration Manual's requirements while ensuring adherence to safety and environmental protocols within the Raw Material Stores and BSR/DC areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Oversee the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials.
• Maintain precise records of stock movements and transactions.
• Organize and store materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate procurement and supply requirements with suppliers and internal teams.
• Generate reports detailing inventory status and usage trends.
• Implement inventory control procedures and systems.
• Address and resolve supply chain or stock-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Materials and Warehouse Management, focusing on inventory control, material accounting, and store operations.
• Education: Master's in Commerce / MBA / BCom.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Knowledge of standard safety practices related to store operations.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong ethical standards, problem-solving skills, and coordination abilities.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Passion for excellence with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Courage to take initiative and make decisions.
